Pros
The rapid turnover of office staff continuously inserts a renewed illusion of hope. From time to time you get clients that pay your ridiculous rates and actually pay their bill in a timely manner, which in turn pays you an awful commission.
Cons
Reps are responsible for EVERYTHING, when one aspect (i.e. Collections, prospecting, generating orders) is lacking and requires a ton of attention, you get hammered by management for other areas spiraling downward. Management has no clue what they're doing, they live by threats and REACTIVE leadership and are unwilling to lead by example. Zero creativity, lots of printed sales expertise from websites, then use a highliter to mark "their" ideas to train with. Base salary is a joke, just as the entire structure is. HEED THE WARNINGS, DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS RIDICULOUS EXCUSE FOR A CAREER.
