Everyone at Tradeweb is very helpful and takes a genuine interest in helping you to overcome the steep learning curve. The company is very efficient and was a thoroughly enjoyable place to work.

Cons

There is not a completely clear management structure. Was sometimes difficult to know who outranked who.

Pros

There is no other place where you can build and operate fixed income electronic markets like Tradeweb. Tradeweb does this full time and not as part of a strategy to sell terminals. The work environment is dynamic and the quality of people are very high.

Cons

You must be prepared to work a long day including constantly checking your emails after going home and calling to other global locations. May not really be a Con if you have been working in the global financial sector.
