Fast paced challenging work but also laid back at times. I was always paid fairly and my achievements were recognized and rewarded. Plenty of PTO and great health insurance. Fun culture with a lot of events to eat, drink, and socialize.

Cons

Office politics sometimes got in the way of productivity. Maybe too many layers of management.
