Work with other very smart people. Not many demands to work extra hours. Free snacks and beverages, plus bagels on Friday.

Cons

The company is not too fond of people working from home, but it's possible in an emergency. The midtown NYC location (business offices) seems to have priority over Jersey City (software development and trading), in terms of peoples' voices being heard.
