- extremely intelligent coworkers - very challenging work - free food - great work/ life balance - very good compensation if you perform well - absolutely the best company I have ever worked for. I have been in banking industry for years and haven't worked for an organization this solid

Cons

There are always things that can be approved, but there are really no cons I can think of.

Pros

-Tradeweb is on top of it's game within the fin-tech sector. The firm has and will continue to pioneer the financial markets. -Upward mobility and great compensation is there IF you put in the effort. You will go as far as your effort takes you. Entitlement is not rewarded here, but rather, hard work. - The camaraderie of trading floor is palpable. It is always a pleasure to go to work in the morning. It's been 6 years and I still hurry to the floor. -All of the tools in place for futures success are here-- Innovation, intelligence, and perhaps most importantly, the people. -Great benefits and an excellent HR team that has always been willing to help with any questions or assistance I have needed. -The constant innovation and focus on always improving our markets is something that has made me go "all-in" on this company, and will be in it for the long haul.
