Everyone at Tradeweb is very helpful and takes a genuine interest in helping you to overcome the steep learning curve. The company is very efficient and was a thoroughly enjoyable place to work.

Cons

There is not a completely clear management structure. Was sometimes difficult to know who outranked who.

Cons

Some key members of the senior management team are leading this company in the wrong direction, creating fiefdoms, incentivizing toxic politics and rewarding nepotism and cronyism over merit and performance.
