Young core group of pilots. Competitive pay. Quick upgrade times. 4 or 5 on, 2 off schedule. Home most nights. Flying into St. Barth's

Cons

6 month seasons in SJU. Usually work 14 hour days, with around 10 hours min. rest. Severe lack of crewing needs for aircraft numbers and need. Double based in NE.

Pros

Tradewind is a great employer that offers tons of benefits and monthly lunch for all employees. All the people are super friendly and easy to get along with. Great work/life balance.

Cons

None so far as I have only been employed a few months. Feels like a startup culture which is great but growing very fast.

Pros

Tradewind is such a fantastic airline with amazing core values! You can really feel the care from the top down, and it shows in how happy the employees are. The leadership team is great, creating a fun culture that makes work exciting every day. It’s truly a wonderful place to be!

Cons

I haven't come across anything negative at Tradewind—everything has been great so far!
