Interesting and challenging problems to solve on a day-to-day basis. Smart co-workers to work with. Can get a little hectic sometimes but overall WLB is still good.

My first job in the industry using Angular. My predecessor wrote beautiful JS code and it was helpful and educational. They did a reorg after I started. Ultimately, I worked in a dev ops department for a trading co. As you can imagine, it could pretty tense. However, I was the only software developer and I didn't need to be in that sort of tense environment; my goals were achievable and my work was pleasant. I learned Python and that was a bonus. However, I was treated as if I was a dev ops person and micro managed in a manor that was completely unnecessary.
