- excellent bonuses - fast pace environment forces you to learn quickly - ability to move around within the company to different roles

Cons

- very cut-throat environment where you see firings and resignings happen often - training is not necessarily their forte - hours worked are ridiculous... a lot of these positions should be geared towards young professionals w/o families
