Well compensated. Great start in the oil industry. Flat organisation, allowing relatively quick advancement if you know what you want to do and have the skills and/or relationships to get there.

Cons

Very demanding. Poor work/life experience. Changes not communicated to employees until after decisions are made. Pressure to relocate. Poor management infrastructure. Little regard for employee happiness. Little/no formal training opportunities/all opportunities must be driven by employees.
