Good potential for traders, but toxic culture overall

Pros

Good for traders or in few cases for non traders too as if lucky to survive can make good money.

Cons

If not a trader doesn't worth it, it's a wild west, too political, they like to fire, culture driven by managers who have never done the job and want to please execs. New CEO is of "killer" type, wouldn't care less for his employees.
