Pros

Lots of physical exposures, big networks, u can spend more time in office working than be with your family, especially in Europe offices

Cons

Pay is now below industry average unless you are favorite of mgmt. lots of politics, inner circle, steal credits, and house cleanings

Pros

Office Amenities (showers, gym, etc.). Compensation and Benefits are nice.

Cons

Zero flexibility with work hours and you're looked down on if you take any time off, even for big life events. Expected to work and be available around the clock during vacation. People are extremely rude and have no empathy. Training is terrible. Expected to "just get it" from day 1 or you'll find yourself quickly being escorted out. Comp and Benefits are nice only because this place treats you like an animal.

Pros

Work with very smart people, had a feeling of truly being in the presence of the best in the industry. Exceptional benefits, high bonus potential. A chance to create and make your job whatever it needs to be to improve your book.

Cons

Not really any "cons", just some things to know before diving in head first... You will be asked to work extremely hard, which should be expected at the highest level of commodity trading. To no surprise, this company is fueled by Greed... though the extent of which can be surprising to those with a conscious. Unless you are a successful trader, you are expendable and simply a cost line item that ownership is constantly working to reduce.
