      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for growth and advancement in the company. Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition reimbursement) Management is supportive of professional development. Work can be demanding, but not unreasonable. Depending on your position/department, there are opportunities to work from home when needed, helping to maintain work/life balance.

      Cons

      Large company can sometimes leave you feeling like you are a small fish in a big pond. Career development falls on the individual to take the initiative. If you don't move jobs every few years, you may be judged negatively or perceived as lacking ambition.

      Pros

      Room for upward growth if you are a high performer with a solid manager. A lot of the upward growth is determined by your manager and who you impress.

      Cons

      Company is going through an extremely difficult transition period. Tough hours, a lot of confusion for probably the next year.

      Pros

      The pay is great and benefits are decent. About like most companies you have the 80/20 plan and must meet the deductible prior to insurance paying. The company has some really talented and intelligent people who know their stuff. They are abreast of technology, so they have the tools to make a great work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management does not have your back. If someone complains, management comes down on you to appease the customer. There are no documented processes or procedures. Departments operate in silos and it seems like every person for themselves. Employment there is unstable and has done various layoffs unless you are in manufacturing.
