      Pros

      good cadre of conscientious people who have been there for a while who care about the product and the customer experience. Profitable company

      Cons

      Emphasis on price reductions compromises quality and credibility with suppliers and has sharply increased warranty issues. Have to have come from GE to get ahead. Prefer yes men over experienced professionals. Most decisions based on what's good for this quarter, with no consideration for long term impact.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Nice campus for their headquarters.

      Cons

      Only the numbers matter. People are treated like dirt. They have reductions in force every quarter like clockwork. They don't believe in leadership only management. They have a management training program that spits out manager and their philosophy is that they can run anything. Don't need to know anything about the business, market or industry.
