There is a very bad company culture at this location. There is a general lack of appreciation and respect for employees. Constant finger pointing. management is clueless and reactive to latest crisis of the day, rather than long term priorities. Aging workforce that is just putting in their time and waiting to retire.

Organization if muddled with mid and senior management roles that have little or no effect on lower ranks direction. Small town facility (Princeton-LCN), has managers that protect and retain local, under-performing personnel. Management will not terminate these employees due to fear of community backlash.
