Pros
The Pleasanton ETC (Electronic Technologies Corp, a nationwide security installer that IR purchased) personnel were fantastic. There was good pay and benefits (actually from Labor Union); reasonable bosses.
Cons
Not always enough work in the pipeline; unknown since the sale of the Security Technologies arm to a defense contractor in 2011 (Kratos). Excessive paperwork. Not recycle/sustainability savvy.
