Pros
IRU is extremely well funded allowing them to purchase content, hire qualified employees and update supporting technology. The have good leadership training and support enterprise initiatives quickly.
Cons
The irony is IRU provides good leadership training, but suffers from real leadership. IRU provides training and supports the enterprise, but does very little in terms of employee development or training of its own employees. You are always one mistake from being terminated, this causes a lot of CYA within the team and kills innovation. There are many chiefs and few indians.
