Working remote is not an option for everyone.

1.Hardly 2-3 engineers at a time to handle 20-30 plus projects of varying sizes. 2. The management (Tunisian) has no technical knowledge, capability to lead the Automation team, handle clients or achieve client commitments. 3. No separated personnel to handle material delivery and project related documentation. The engineers are supposed to handle everything that comes in the way. 4. No continuous commitment by management (Tunisian) to ensure delegation of engineers in a consistent manner to critical sites. 5. Unethical practises are encouraged to follow in sites inorder to recieve completion reports. 6. No fixed hours for an engineer. Work never ends, whether you are at the site or back at the office. Apart from the hours at site, extra hours are spent at the office which goes upto 8/9pm. 7. Once an employee resigns, the notice period (30 days as per UAE Labour Law) is disregarded. The employee is forced to stay till all projects are completed irrespective of the 30 days. In the meantime, no replacement is considered or provided for a smooth handover.
