Pros

Really great company culture, opportunities to travel and learn about various industries, emphasis on collaborative efforts, chance to touch many different business segments

Cons

Not the greatest location, company emphasis shifts often as to what product is at the forefront which can be difficult to adjust to quickly, not a huge company with a formalized training stucture
