Pros

Hired me Gave me initially infinite overtime Nobody leaning over my shoulder

Cons

Nobody to coach me or train me properly Demanded hours without concern for my personal life, regardless of any of the 24 hours in a day. I could get called in at 2am, 2pm, 10am, or 10pm. Or any other time you could imagine. I could get calls for intel during my vacation. They didn't verify my pay was appropriate for my job description. I found out when I was leaving (not sure if accidental or not), that my job description rated 6-12 dollars an hour more than I was getting paid, and I found out a new hire who did nothing but ride a forklift (which was my job to maintain and repair when HE broke it), was making 5 an hour more than me.

Pros

Focused on culture through fast paced growth. Interesting customer base with steady stream of challenging and engaging work.

Cons

Can get busy at times and global footprint may lead to meetings that accommodate different time-zones for certain roles.

Pros

This is a family owned multinational company and yet, that very family greets you like a long time friend. The owner is a very grand lady who pretty much knows you by name and will greet you with an honest smile. Like she looked forward to seeing you again. And you know what, she honestly does. The son, Bert, who runs the day to day operations, never too busy to talk to you as a person. The boys, as we all know them since they've worked with us in the trenches when they were younger, have always treated everyone with respect and really worked hard. You can actually see that they were raised right and proper. The company's focus is on growth without compromising their attention to their employees. THIS is THE BEST PLACE to work.

Cons

Though we have so many trucks passing through our employee parking areas, we've never seen anyone get into an incident. But it does make you feel nervous at times when we run out of parking spaces and have to park near where the trucks pass through.
