Pros

the people are AMAZING, young fun people! you meet people from all around the world and different culture, every 3rd Thursday you go out for drinks with clients. global footprint and can travel to each office.

Cons

LONG hours you will NOT be only working 42 hours which is LONG already up to 52-60 hours a week. very very demanding! you would have to give up your work life balance to met deadlines and targets. very very target base! it all about how much money you can make for the company, the more money you make the higher you get! if you dont make targets managers will be ON your case like crazy everyone eats at there desk! if you take a full 1hr lunch without checking emails you would get a warning from manages. Maro managed: you have to tell managed what you done every day via email: it called End of Days and it can not be missed and every Friday to show you are meeting target and deadline High turnover: over 49% employee turnover they have a week called do your job week where you have to COLD CALL for 5-8 hours a day! nothing but cold call, so you have to make over 59 calls a day Minimum. 20 days holiday a year aggressive based sales anyone within the teams ends up to together because they spend so much time together, which is very unprofessional

Pros

Smart/great people get hired and become amazing friends/colleagues.

Cons

-Pay is well below average, especially for middle-to-senior level Client Service professionals. -Technology products have dedicated groups that don't help Production/CS as much as they should with implementation. -Bonus incentives are a joke. I've managed well over $2m in revenue, multiple years, and have even closed deals FOR sales people, and I see MAYBE .002% of that portfolio in the form of a bonus. -The Sr. Sales staff reap all the bonus/incentive benefits although they don't do anything once an account is won and managed by CS. -Sales are BULLIES and DIVAS. The company can care less about the other departments, so long as their whiney sales teams are happy. -In general, the Sales staff is rather uneducated yet think they know more than they really do. Incompetence breed incompetence in the Sales division.

Pros

my team was very young, helpful and easy to talk to, opportunities to travel, casual workspace, insights into an interesting industry.

Cons

micromanagement by all levels of management, unclear and different messages given by different levels of management, forced to use private cell phone and laptop (+internet) for company work, inflexible work times, poor salary negotiation, very low base salary, unclear how to reach bonus payments (initial bonuses are actually a group effort), no adaptation to local market, huge amounts of cold calling, huge amounts of time spent printing/stuffing envelopes
