      Pros

      The pay can't be beaten. Plenty of employee-focused events to help create a fun environment. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity to grow in some departments. Once you're stuck in one job function there is zero development or job growth if you're not liked. Training is lacking, especially for new employees in specific departments. Management seems to put all of the priority on technical development, but no energy towards people development. Way more concerned about their own career and not the associates. Assumptions tend to be the norm, rather than proper fact gathering.
