Pros

Nothing good at this time

Cons

Clowns are running this place. CEO accompanied by clueless people in GT, recently acquired from Neustar.

Pros

Some quality coworkers Benefits are typically good Managers are saints for trying to make the place work

Cons

Executive leadership is incapable of vision and leading Constant re-orging which adds to existing confusion Low annual increases Bizarrely low wage increases for promotions IT leadership is in constant flux Highly beaucratic matrix making it nearly impossible to get work done and support customers HR is a lost cause Poorly handled layoffs complete with an automaton like delivery by the CEO Return to office was a mess with employees forced back into nonfunctional office spaces Return to office didn't factor in employee commute time or distance which is inexcusable

Pros

I do not have anything positive to say about TransUnion. I have wasted several years of my life here. That will soon change.

Cons

They underpay lower level females, they allow bad employees to get away with policy infractions with no recourse and then punish the entire team, the HR Department cannot be trusted as they do not keep things confidential even when it's about you and they have not been honest about security issues related to their products which continues to put more work on many levels of the organization. Don't believe the smoke and mirrors of this organization. Everything here is a facade. They laid off hundreds of employees around the world impacting all of our consumers forcing them to hold for hours to get support on their credit-related issues. This affected all of the organization's business units as well. Poor decision making across the organization.

I’m really disappointed to read your review — it doesn’t at all describe the culture we’ve worked hard to build. Let me assure you we endeavor to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and fair for all associates. The same goes for our work environment — striving for and expecting honesty, transparency and trust. I’m sorry to hear this has not been your experience and if you’re willing, I urge you to reach out to me so I can learn more. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
