Cons

Great deal of outsourceing to different contires Company appears to RIFing seasoned employees Uncertainty surrounding the entire company - is it going public or is it going to be sold Company finds ways to pay employees less money for more work. Its an art and this company has mastered it.

Pros

I learned a lot about credit reports. I enjoyed the daily contact I had with my consumers. I enjoyed challenging myself.

Cons

Lack of communication between management and employees. A lot of the co-workers were very immature and it was like being in high school - lots of back stabbing and telling on each other. Too much drama.

Pros

TU is very committed to work-life-family balance and they have programs that support that (flex-time, part-time, work-at-home opportunities); every department provides many training opportunities for associates, not only in areas directly ties to their current positions, but related to their short and long term career goals; they have a great selection of health benefits with low employee premiums; they're located right across from Union Station for an easy downtown commute; they employ a casual dress code

Cons

Salaries not has high as other companies (but benefits may outweigh salary difference); employee job satisfaction varies among departments, depending on management team
