      Stop Look Listen Then Get It In Writing

      Pros

      Good place to work if just out of school or close to retirement. They do have great benefits and PTO of 19 day's to start.

      Cons

      No advancement, Base salary is 80 or 90% of the gross and the other 10 to 20% is paid monthly based on revenue. Managment changes every 18 months.

      Pros

      great place to work for new college grads, with great benefits. Managers are flexible with needs of workers. Howver very inflexible on how to do the job at hand.

      Cons

      no growth, revolving door, no career path. Any body who has aspirations of moving up the career ladder, forget about it, there is no career ladder. Pay is not compatable for similar positions.
