Lotta talk, but no action

Pros

Good benefits, work life balance. You can coast at this company if that's what you want to do.

Cons

Lots of time is spent planning and talking about plans, but nothing actually happens. TransUnion hires a bunch of ex consultants to put together pretty slide decks, and they sure spend a lot of time talking about those slide decks. But ultimately this is a sales company with a lot of confusing layers, and they're really far removed from effecting actual change. Example of a lot of talk and little action: TU's big D&I initiative is well intentioned, but they do nothing when there are specific allegations of gender and racial discrimination. I've been in meetings where I heard actual slurs that went completely unaddressed. They can point to initiatives and projects all they want, but in my experience being there, it was all just a lot of talk.

Pros

Opportunities to shine abound just be prepared to receive backlash when you shine. Decent benefits. Pay for your performance is not available.

Cons

Your shining is not rewarded. Promises are made to you based on your buy in but they are not rewarded especially for persons of color. If one is gay, they are more accepted than straight. You are provided with more opportunities if so. The culture isn't inclusive. Senior leadership spends their time trying to get you out than doing there job and promoting a culture of inclusion.
