Pros

TransUnion has helped me keep my skills current. It provides good pay and benefits. I can work from home.

Cons

It is getting harder to get a job if you are in the USA. Most new hiring is happening in India.

Pros

My team is full of amazing folks.

Cons

The money never seems to be for a living wage. It’s always paycheck to paycheck for me.

Pros

Competitive salary. Competitive benefits -- not the best, e.g. only 4% 401K match. Remote work optional. Relatively low stress.

Cons

- Many employees have no option of working in physical office, even if they want to. - Excessive information security limitations make work unpleasant and very difficult: Many websites are blocked including Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Google Docs. Cloud virtual machines have very limited access to internet. No access to Office 365 from external machines. - Company says it engages in affirmative action in hiring and promoting -- possibly discriminating based on race. I cannot say for sure they do.
