Thank you for your time at TransUnion. I'm glad to hear your experience at TU was a positive one. I agree - some of our best ideas come from our associates. At a Town Hall earlier this year, we asked for input on how we can improve career development opportunities for our people. We voted on the top 3 ideas and will be working with our career committee to implement one of them soon. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR

While I'm pleased to see the pros you've listed, I'm sorry to hear your concerns. I set high standards for my team and encourage an open, innovative culture. I'm disappointed this wasn't entirely your experience. Candid feedback is an important part of our evolution. I appreciate you taking the time to speak up about your concerns and welcome you to reach out to me if you would like to discuss further. - Mohit Kapoor, CTO

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at TransUnion. It's really important to us that we're giving our associates opportunities to grow and develop their careers at TU. A couple years ago, we hired an in-house career advisor who offers regular career management programs and 1:1 coaching. Providing a competitive compensation package is also incredibly important to us, and we not only evaluate salary but other total rewards each year to ensure we're competitive with the market. In 2017 alone, we enhanced three of our benefits and added three new benefits to our existing offerings, including increased life insurance and pet insurance. Thanks again for sharing your feedback - it is incredibly important to us. If you feel like we've missed the mark, I would definitely welcome your ideas and thoughts. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
