      So much growth and potential on the horizon, If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and really work and be a part of something, you will be recognized and rewarded

      Cons

      Some antiquated processes, but that will change as more global entities are integrated

      Pros

      Revenue and Billing Manager is the heart and soul of the department. 18 years of experience and out lasting management changes. Department staff are team oriented. Management still needs to get to know staff and their functions.

      Cons

      Recent changes at Corporate and Department level have not been the best! HSBC management style isn't working. Need more industry knowledge and processes. Corporate processes somestimes not country specific.

      Exhausted Accounting Associate

      Pros

      Co-workers are the rock and the foundation of the department.

      Cons

      Management has no clue of the stress and overtime is not work life balance. IPO has added another layer of stress to all concern.
