      Work-life balance and benefits are really good. Fairly relaxed environment with minimal stress.

      Cons

      Inefficient business and system processes. Need more definition around procedures.

      Excellent place to make career

      Pros

      I have been working at TU for the past two years and I have seen the company's culture evolve positively. The company currently focuses on its employees' well-being and is seeing the results of having a highly motivated workforce. Management allows you and encourages you to grow as a professional.

      Cons

      At times work-life balance can be challenging but at the end it pays off. Some internal processes are too rigid.
