Pros

Good location. Current technology. Very flexible with respect to work hours and location. CEO has a positive vision.

Cons

Commitment to employee growth is unreliable. Departments seem more silo'ed than ever, despite management efforts. Rigidly locked down environment.

Pros

Great culture with very limited negativity. The company has really invested in becoming innovative over the past 3+ years. Hard work and success is noticed and rewarded. My career "path" was laid out for me within my sales group and I was promoted after 2 years of proven success. Promotions seem to come from within, most associates have been with the company for 10,15,20+ years. The corporate campus has been redone with an open and modern feel, it includes an onsite gym and cafeteria (gym is free, cafeteria is not). If you work remotely you are given all of the tools to do so. Raises have been somewhat low but the company isn't slashing jobs like many others are.

Cons

The work to life balance isn't always the best but my group is in sales and that comes with the territory. Sales goals have become increasingly aggressive but TU is in serious growth mode so with those aggressive goals come great rewards for those that exceed them, conversely it hits the wallets of those that don't hard.
