      Learning B2B business and working upon strategies and also how to foster relationship building and selling the product as per the need of the customer and not one size fit all stuff

      Pros

      good business model, good growth prospects for profitability. Invest and buy stock, but working there, think again.

      Cons

      If not in big circle and big title, all those pros above, do not translate to the employee.

      Pros

      TU is a company going through a major transformation from a dusty old, privately held Credit Bureau to a dynamically led data driven financial services provider. They went public in June of 2015. The culture is now forward thinking and driving change.

      Cons

      There are some clickish pockets in the new management made up of former HSBC/HFC personnel.
