Home time is great. Pay is great. Dispatchers are great. Terminal manager is great. Maintenance guys are great. Office personal, including safety, are outstanding. Need I go on...

Cons

Been driving for them about two years now, can't think of one cons at all. Well, ok, maybe one, they dont wash my tractor every single weekend while I'm at home. But most weekends they do!

pay is good, its not the highest in the area, but the company isn't breathing down your neck either

Cons

its the same roads, same shift, same paperwork every day over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, etc etc etc etc etc etc but that's just the nature of the oil field, not the company.

that building is horrific!!! way too many people in a very small, filthy area with desks being held up by bricks! Filthy carpet and dust and gross!!!! The executive area had more room but still, it is FILTHY and outdated and the building should be knocked down!!!
