Pros

This was a good job at $34 an hour. The work is fairly easy. The pay is very competitive and a 5 on 3 off schedule gives you a lot of family time. They always had plenty of work so I averaged 12 hrs a night easy. 60 hr paycheck at straight $34 was pretty good. There is no over time pay straight pay. I'd go back to work for them if I had to. They were good to me.

Cons

It's a trucking job so expect your usual break downs but they always had extra equipment to use if mine went down.

Pros

The pay is decent, though I took a job earning 6 cents per mile more at my new job. I’m thinking hard trying to find more pros, but got nothing!

Cons

They don’t care about driver retention. I saw terminal manager scream at dispatcher like a dog; use a hand gesture to one as if swatting a fly. The use inward facing cameras, for punitive measures. The insurance is a $5000 deductible. My daughter needed medical attention, cost me $7k to get her seen. They (my terminal) have this attitude that drivers are a dime a dozen. While the training gave me the needed experience to find a great job, I had hoped it would have been Transwood.
