Transact strives to provide a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that supports our employees physical, mental and financial wellbeing in addition to professional development opportunities. Over the last two years, we’ve implemented several initiatives to support our team members including Flex time off, Flex Friday, Franklin Covey Leadership Training and a multitude of employee engagement and wellness programs that encourage teambuilding, growing professional relationships and wellness. In 2023 we'll continue to offer comprehensive medical coverage and our 401k match will increase.

      Pros

      People here are generally great and highly skilled in their field. Always been very good at work/life balance. Historically decent salaries. Great market and verticals.

      Cons

      Product time to market is too slow to remain in business. Lots of internal controls/compliance that provide no value and costs millions. Lots of politics and CXOs are living in an information bubble.
