      I liked working at home.

      Cons

      After being with the company for a month, I had a one-on-one with my supervisor. He said, "I am going to be straightforward with you." (You can guess what followed.) He told me that this was not an easy call for him to make. My gut tells me that it was not even his call. This company uses proprietary software. Their security is as tight as a drum. This is not excuse for a new hire not knowing everything.

      Ineffective leadership - specifically the CEO HR has trouble performing basic HR functions Salaries are well below market for most skilled positions Business units work in conflict rather than collaboration Career paths are stunted
