      Pros

      Some of the peers you work with can be great. Have many locations that you can work from. They are open to you telecommuting too.

      Cons

      Management is total dictatorship. Everyone wants to cover their base, no one really cares if its truely right for the company.

      Not a whole lot. Maybe the approved product line up

      Cons

      Something seriously bad is going on there. Paperwork gets lost, lots of confused case workers with no clue about what`s going on, no response to questions, wrong information about progress of cases. It`s a total mess and clients are getting nervous and leave the advisor. I`m on my way out. And so are my clients.

      Pros

      Co-workers, 401k, gym, challenging work, work/life balance is ok too.

      Cons

      Senior leadership talks about transparency, but they are really not transparent. This company has had constant layoffs for the past three years and just when you think they are done, here comes another one. They ask for honest feedback in their surveys, but when you are honest, they retaliate with layoffs rather than facing the problems and talking to the front line people.
