Pros

the worker bees are great - all trying to work together to get things done.

Cons

The company grew too fast without any committed direction. They want to be the best unless it takes quality people, time or money to do so - then mediocrity is acceptable as long as a positive spin can be put on it.

Pros

Good place to be able to make a difference for the company and your career. It was a family like environment.

Cons

If you're not in the club - you're not in the club... A lot of politics - and seems like management doesn't really like each other much. A lot of lip service about employee value.

Pros

Most people are amazing to work with. Decent salary and benefits.

Cons

They will tell you that they have good work-life balance but they don’t at all. If you want to work 10 to 14 hours daily and then work more on weekends and get no overtime pay then this job may be for you. When people say (most everyone) they can't keep up with the mandatory work requirements (unattainable, zero flexibility - you have to work until its all done), which most people can't in a regular work day, they turn it back on you and say it's something you're doing wrong and that you need to fix. This is a bunch of crap. Everyone can't be wrong. The employee turn over is excessively high for a reason. People are so stressed and get sick from all the stress and work hours. You are micromanaged and people walk away with PTSD. They will tell you their new system will make things better however based on how management currently views its people I suspect they will say, oh now you can do more rather than reduce work requirements. There is no concern or regard for employees well being in upper management. Oh, and customer service us non-existent despite UW's best efforts with how things are set up now. You will absolutely regret going to TA if you do.
