Pros

Insurance: health, dental & vision - only one health care plan that isn't that great, 401k plan with company matching, employer paid pension plan, fun activities during the year, big supporter of community involvement - 12 hours of paid volunteer time off, flex days/work from home opportunities.

Cons

The changes……outsourcing, layoffs, managers demanding more and more from employees, but it doesn't seem as though upper management knows how things really work. The number of job postings has dwindled.

Good foundation of hard working people that care about the company and how they are treating the customers. Products used to serve the needs of average consumers.

Cons

Leadership is driving this company into the ground. How can this be permitted by the board of directors. Clearly there is a lack of accountability that falls on Aegon's CEO. It's unacceptable as a stockholder and former employee to witness the slow demise of this great company.
