I can't think of any pros at all.

Cons

The maximum match is 3% which is unheard of and low. Also, the website is not user friendly. To give an employee the only option of a HDHP medical plan is ridiculous and goes to show how they cut corners to save money from the medical and retirement aspect of it all. Not happy.

Pros

Working with very good people.

Cons

Lack of advancement. Intensive year end review process overseen by people that have no experience in management of leadership. Massive restructuring that is ongoing that include outsourcing, position consolidation and elimination. Purging of overpaid and nonperforming management.

Great work life balance; relatively good pay compared to other companies in the area; nice people to work with; still has a pension program with reduced benefits though

Cons

The company is constantly undergoing restructuring resulting in higher turnover of employees and more work to be done for less remained; reduced benefits year after year;
