      I like most of the people I work with.

      Lots of lay-offs. Company seems to be in decline.

      Pros

      Possibilities for some roles to be able to work from home or create flexible schedule.

      Cons

      I've had 3 managers in 2.5 years and many other people have had the same experience. The company restructures and changes team around quite a bit, so there is very little consistency and it's hard to wrap your head around a strategy. The strategic goals and vision change regularly. Also lots of layoff happening currently, while hiring is occurring at the same time.

      The company has been solid for several years and is a good place to work on whole. The direction and consolidation that is taking place should lead to future success.

      Cons

      Navigating change can be difficult; it is difficult on people in leadership and on the front lines. It can be difficult on the business and the units directly impacted, and change impacts customers and shareholders too.
