Pros

Pay, Co-workers, Vacation, 401k, Loved the job and work itself.

Cons

Management made the job horrible. Actually the worse managers and Director I have ever worked with. Made you give input and retaliated against you and made your job a living nightmare. Managers and Director thought they were so far above you thought they were so much better than you. Would follow you to the restroom, Wanted to know why it took you so long in the restroom, if you talked to your co-worker would come up and ask what we were talking about. Constantly watched every move we made. Rearranged our seating arrangements as if we were children. Told us we could not talk to our previous boss. The director was something out of a horror story. Absolutely the worst place ever!!!

Pros

The people you work with on a daily basis and if you're lucky, your supervisor may care enough to advocate for their team

Cons

untrustworthy unsure if you'll be sold to another company with less benefits and pay but still working the same job. untrustworthy during the hiring process for what your job's responsibility will be once you've accepted the position. Changes made are promised to not be permanent until they no longer can maintain the lie or choices made in bad faith. Any benefits promised may not be fulfilled once you feel stuck in your role.

Pros

Great people on the teams Pay is comparable Vacation is good Yearly bonus available Matching 401k

Cons

Leadership lacks clear direction. Reorganizes frequently with no clear plan which leaves employees struggling to understand their role in the new organization. Employees moved to new roles frequently under reorgs without having input on how it aligns with career path. Often leaves employees frustrated and disliking their job. Leadership says they care about their people, but doesn’t walk the talk. Leadership asks for feedback but then if given retribution occurs or you are tagged as “difficult” or a problem. Work life balance is encouraged but not supported. Leadership are known to berate employees. Very much a fear mentality for employees. CYA always. Leadership always looking for someone to blame. Not a healthy environment.
