Pros

Family atmosphere in the office. Benefits are ok, trying to keep up with the times.

Cons

Losing business because it took too long to become up to date with technology and the changes in the industry. High amount of turnover based mostly on treatment of long standing employees by mid management. Losing business and not working fast enough to come up with new, competitive products.

Good location downtown Great benefits, competitive salary

Cons

No training resources, closed LA and Cincinnati offices with no one in Denver knowing how to do the job. They used a "train your replacement" approach which was offered to employees in LA and Cincinnati after they were told they are losing their jobs. Just an awful, awful "throw mashed potatoes at the wall to see what sticks" execution of office transition.
