Pros

Received computer equipment to work from home. Very nice set up. Nice trainers. Very informative. Received long breaks from the long hours of training.

Cons

Laid off 5 minutes after logging out completing my first week of training. Reasons of downsizing and lack of work. I also worked on the TCS side a year earlier. Worked there several months, got hired on, then 2 months into it, laid off. Then I was told I could apply for other positions and interviewed for them. Later found out I would have gotten a position but upper management decided not to hire anyone and close the position due to lack of work and downsizing which is strange since the managers said they needed more employees. Upper management doesn’t care and will let you go at any point in time.

Pros

Large company with a lot of good, capable, well meaning people and they have strong name recognition

Cons

Unfortunately senior management in North America is extremely toxic, political and inwardly focused. That has led to poor leadership, deteriorating culture, and poor product and service evolution

Pros

They try really hard to be people oriented. Decent pay for the Midwest.

Cons

IT department is out of control and has lost their way. They really want to do all development off-shore. They have tried this before and had to pull back. Doing it again now and most likely will have the same results. In the IT department there seems to be a major divide between the people that get the work done and leadership that is mandating how to do the work.
