      Pros

      Big company with typical big company benefits, downtown location, etc. Decent pay given the expectations of the job.

      Cons

      I don't know where to start. A complete mess of an organization. The most frustrating job I've ever had. Managers are inept, service team doesn't care, company run by annuity people across all product lines and their reputation in almost all markets is terrible. Lasted 4 months and then took my back up offer. Don't waste your time unless you just need a job.

      Sinking ship

      Pros

      Good pay, nice offices, good location downtown, decent benefits, paid for eco pass

      Cons

      Bad leadership with zero strategic direction and they let sales drive all of their marketing programs. Marketing was a toxic environment with directors and department heads letting bad behavior slide. Not a collaborative or supportive marketing department. All of the good and strong people leave because they see the disfunction and refuse to put up with it. Very sad that a company this big and has such potential can’t get out of its own way. Parking was expensive and ridiculous. Needs to get with the times and allow for work from home.
