      Transformational Change is Hard

      Pros

      In the last 6 months an enormous amount of change has positioned Technology and Operations to actually make the positive change needed to be a digital company. Executive vision and support is there and agile development at scale is forming.

      Cons

      As with all change, there are challenges to maintaining an understanding of what is happening throughout the organization. Historic growth through acquisitions and subsequent location rationalization has resulted in teams being spread out across several locations across the US and working remote, adding another complication to collaboration.
