Too Many Changes for sake of Shareholders

Worked for company for many years and enjoyed the first part when their truly valued employees and made it a great place to work.

Cons

The current layoffs underway and continuing in 2017 are an effort to increase the stock price for shareholders. This has lead to mass loss of business knowledge across all areas of the organization.

Cons

No solid training, high work volume, no support from management when concerns are expressed, promotions were given to other employees who were part of managements "clique".
