Overly focused on money Infrastructure and organization is poor I never saw a contract Also interviewed to be producer, no support for starting producers They say they want to provide a good service, but they lack focus on service.

Decent product. Whenever their stock price drops they make drastic decisions to help save the company. There are a few very special people in the home office.

Cons

Senior leadership is horrible, too much turnover to be consistent. Have a lot of people at the top that never sold their respective product lines - Ex. Mutual Fund people running the annuity distribution. Not a classy organization. Toxic environment.
