Toxic environment with strict controls over bio break and poor support

Pros

No pros, just full of cons.

Cons

Favoritism, poor communication, inconsistent policies, inadequate training, weak employee support, stressful work environment, and poor work-life balance. And Most important control on bio breaks. (They want you to take permission for going to the loo.)

You will get a feel of having Job with daily chaos task.

Cons

Transcom in Gurgaon fired me out of nowhere—no warning, no due process, just 'pack your bags' after months of grinding!" "They owe me overtime pay for endless shifts, but guess what? Zilch. All talk, no payout—stay away if you value your wallet." "Management acts like robots: directors barking orders, ops managers playing favorites, team leaders nitpicking every call. Pure toxicity!" "Warning to all: Skip this Gurgaon nightmare. Micromanaged to death, stressed out, no life balance—run while you can!

Cons

- While the salary package may not be the most competitive, this company is a great fit for anyone new to BPO and looking to gain valuable experience!
