Pros

wokring In trascome, is better then working in anyother call center.They provide good salary for the entery level and lots of opportunited to gorw. You get incenteives if you keep your metrics good

Cons

ahhh,You can not do this job for the longer period of time, its dangerous for your mental health and body. You will have to sit infront of computer contineously for 8 hrs, and you will be getting the calls after ever 10 SECONDS. You have to wrap the call in the given period of time, moreover you have to be very precise with all other perameters like logging case, compliance and other
